Kim Kardashian revolutionises SAT prep work with Paper magazine photo shoot

Most of us are no strangers to the name Kim Kardashian; famous socialite and social media personality, this celebrity has been the centre of attention on numerous occasions and now she has done it again! Teaming up with Jean-Paul Goude, Kim Kardashian has decided to go all out and shock us with a racy photo shoot in which she brought into the foreground her most valued asset: her derriere, all polished and ready to shine.

Apparently the photograph's intention was to break the Internet and he surely managed to do that! As soon as the first picture of the star were released, the Internet was flooded with thousands of reactions to the racy photo shoot, including other stars' opinions, such as Zach Braff, Candace Cameron Bure, Alyssa Milano and even modified versions of the photo created by people. But that's not all. Kim Kardashian's oiled booty was so inspiring that the guys from Catalyst Prep decided to use the material as SAT preparatory work for the students who needed some motivation.


Yep, that's right. On 20 November, Catalyst Prep posted a series of practice math questions using Kim's impressive body part. Whether they are legitimate SAT prep exercises or this is just another sassy reaction to the star's bold action to pose nude for a magazine is still a mystery. But there's no doubt that some teenagers will definitely enjoy studying for the SATs a lot more.


                                            


''As patriotic, pop-culturally-minded Americans, we couldn't help but see Kim Kardashian's recent photos as an opportunity to teach SAT math.'' declared Catalyst Prep on Twitter. And while there are many people who disagree with the use of such material for educational purposes, I'm sure that there are also others (myself included) who believe using Kim Kardashian's derriere is not that offensive. Why? Well first of all, there aren't any actual parts shown in the picture used, so nothing inappropriate. Second of all, this is a pretty interesting way to break the monotony and boredom associated with math. As a high school student, I can honestly say geometry questions aren't very entertaining (in fact, it might actually drive one insane with boredom), so although some do not want to accept this, these SAT prep questions are pretty harmless and it might actually bring a smile upon some students' faces.

So what else is there to say about Kim K's unofficial involvement in the American educational system? As far as I'm concerned, nothing. In the society we live in today, in which oversized bottoms and breasts are idolized by most of us (as seen in the music industry) and are used for publicity and therefore, for obtaining money, it shouldn't come as a surprise that such things happen. From my view, this set of questions was nothing more than an inoffensive joke and it should be taken as that.
